In case that you will need a repair on a damage that may occur in time, please feel free to send as a photograph of the item that needs a repair and we will be happy to assist you. Repair charges may occur depending on the nature of the repair. However, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs via tracked delivery postal service for repairing your item.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are not accepted for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and for any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

We will replace items if they are not defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you are shipping an item to Venia, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
